Qualifications: Minimum two years' golf course maintenance experience. Knowledge of general golf course maintenance procedures: basic agronomic principles, equipment operation and R&M, irrigation operation and R&M. Must have a NH Pesticide License at supervisory level, or be able to obtain in 30 days. Valid drivers license. Individual must be responsible, dependable, and self-motivated. |

Compensation: $28-30K commensurate with experience ; 100% paid Health insurance for individual; SIMPLE retirement plan w/ employer contributions;Paid vacation and sick days; Meals; national and local Association dues; expenses paid for New England Regional Turfgrass conference, and other local continuing education seminars. White Mountain Country Club is an eighteen hole golf course in the lakes region of New Hampshire.
|

|
| |
The successful candidate will work closely with the Superintendent in all aspects of the maintenance operation. Strong leadership skills and attention to detail are most important. Work assignments will include but not limited to, training staff members, course set up, mechanical repairs, irrigation repairs, scouting and pesticide applications. |

| |
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of golf course experience and an associate degree or a winter school certificate. The ability the obtain a pesticide applicators license is also required. |
| |
|
| |
Compensation for the position is $23,000 to $25,000 with company housing. Medical insurance is supplied through the company plan. Expenses for membership to the GCSAA and NHGCSA and two weeks paid vacation is also provided. |
